QUICKNEWS | Gerry McGovern talks Range Rover design philosophy with British GQ

Despite having gone through a series of owners, most recently Ford and now current TATA Motors, Land Rover design etiquette has been largely consistent. Considering the original Range Rover was in production for 20+ years, the iconography is very hard to shake-off. The new Range Rover has just debuted, and along with the recent Evoque shows how top pen Gerry McGovern is guiding the Land Rover language into the modern era and beyond.

The British version of men’s fashion mag GQ recently interviewed McGovern, who discusses the faux vents as part of the DNA, describing the new design as streamlined and minimalist, as well as having longevity.You can read the whole interview here.
