Brandchannel.com reports that retired Ford Vice President of Design Jack Telnack was one of the Eyes on Design judges at this year’s NAIAS ( along with Tom Matano and Willie G. Davidson, puctured above ) where they handed out their annual award to the new 2013 Ford Fusion.
According to brandchannel, Mr. Telnack said “This is extremely significant, not only because of the new design for Fusion but also because this gives Ford a lot of scope for derivative models off of a new platform,”
And by the way, the pic above is Mr. Telnack’s sketch for the fastback “Cougar” project, which became the Mustang. I love red canson sketches….
